Nayakadam Social Care Foundation appreciates the generosity of its donors and supporters. Please review the following Refund & Cancellation Policy before making a donation.

No Refund Policy

  • All donations made to Nayakadam Social Care Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable.
  • Once a donation is completed successfully, it cannot be refunded or reversed under any circumstances.

Cancellation of Donations

  • Donations cannot be cancelled once processed.
  • Donors are advised to carefully check the amount and details before completing the transaction.

Failed or Duplicate Transactions

  • In the event of a failed transaction where the amount has been debited but not credited to the Foundation, the refund (if applicable) will be handled by the respective bank or payment gateway as per their policies.
  • If a duplicate donation is made by mistake, the Foundation may review the request on a case-by-case basis, but is not obligated to issue a refund.
